Using pieces of art that she has created, Krista curated this deck of 30 gender-neutral affirmation cards for all parents to benefit from.

Each deck of cards also comes with the gift of a gemstone inspirational message.

How to use your affirmation cards:

1. Shuffle the deck and choose an affirmation
2. Create your ritual: you can repeat the affirmation to yourself, post the card somewhere visible, or journal about how you interpret the meaning of the affirmation. 
3. Remember that you are doing amazing!

Krista is a doula and artist form Calgary, Alberta, Canada. A mother of three, Krista benefited from her own affirmations throughout her postpartum period and wanted to share the power of affirmations with other parents.
